Courage Can Save US: Ten Extraordinary Americans & the Fight for Our Future

September 8

6:00pm - 7:00pm

John F. Kennedy Library and Online

Courage Can Save US: Ten Extraordinary Americans and the Fight for Our Future profiles a bipartisan group of post-9/11 elected officials who have worked across party lines in service of the country, offering a hopeful vision of leadership at a time of deep political division. Former Navy combat pilot Senator Mark Kelly (D-AZ) and Rye Barcott, author and Co-Founder and CEO of With Honor Action, a cross-partisan organization that supports principled military veterans running for public office, discuss carrying the values of service, integrity, and collaboration from the battlefield into public life – and how those lessons can help strengthen American democracy today.

This program is made possible with the generous support of With Honor Action. The Kennedy Library Forum series is supported by Bank of America, The Lowell Institute, the Mass Cultural Council, and exclusive media partner, GBH.
