Join us for a free virtual screening of this powerful drama directed by Ava DuVernay that chronicles the tumultuous three-month period in 1965 when Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. led a dangerous campaign to secure equal voting rights in the face of violent opposition. The film will be available to view at any time starting March 12 through March 14.

In conjunction with the film screening, PEM will host a virtual conversation on Monday, March 15, at 6 pm, between Siddhartha V. Shah, PEM Director of Education and Civic Engagement, and Dr. Walter Harper, a professor of anthropology at Bridgewater State University.
